Santosh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Poona and has achieved C.A.I.I.B. from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. With a tenure of 22 years in the country's largest bank, he undertook diverse roles across various branches. Subsequently, he spent around 6 years in credit/risk profiles within Housing Finance Companies (HFC’s) before joining ARGFL.

His expertise encompasses portfolios such as Construction Finance, Project Finance (Wholesale Lending), Advances to the Manufacturing and Software Industries, Hospitality Credit Risk Assessment, Inspection & Audit Department, Human Resources Department, as well as structuring business plans and commercial strategies for revenue generation. At ARGFL, Santosh heads the portfolio, actively participating in loan origination, deal structuring, and account management. He adeptly manages Stressed Assets and plays a crucial role in their resolution. With a total of 16 years of extensive experience across a wide range of disciplines, including corporate finance, financial restructuring, system development and process design, NBFC regulations, and business management, and more than 14 years of internal experience working in a variety of roles and industries.

Harsimran Singh Sahni is a seasoned professional in capital markets with over 12 years of expertise in fixed income, equity, and FX markets. He possesses a strong passion for financial markets, diligently monitoring both global and domestic market trends.

His instrumental role in establishing treasury functions from the ground up at Anand Rathi Global Finance Ltd, covering Front office, Mid-office, and back office processes, has been pivotal. The trading desk, under his guidance, has established a significant presence in government securities markets and aspires to expand further into diverse markets and products.

Prior to joining the Anand Rathi group, Harsimran worked with esteemed organizations such as Union Bank of India, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Edelweiss Ltd. His experience extends to liquidity management, encompassing CRR, SLR maintenance, and the oversight of bank borrowings and investments. Notably, he maintains a consistent track record of achieving absolute alpha in the fixed income trading business.

Harsimran Singh Sahni is an alumnus of Thapar University with a B.Tech degree and holds an MBA from IIFT. Additionally, he has completed CFA Level-3 from the USA and FRM from GARP. Apart from his professional pursuits, he devotes a significant amount of time to reading non-fiction books, particularly those delving into the history of financial markets.

Shailendra Bandi, a seasoned Chartered Accountant with an impressive track record spanning over 18 years, currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Anand Rathi Global Finance. Additionally, he has been leading the Finance function at Anand Rathi Group for more than 5 years. Prior to his current roles, Shailendra accumulated extensive experience during his nearly 12-year tenure at Deloitte in the Audit and Assurance division. In this capacity, he conducted audits for notable institutions such as HDFC Limited, IDFC Limited, IDFC Bank, DBS Bank, HDFC MF, Tata MF, Canara Robeco MF, and others.

Shailendra's academic foundation includes a Bachelor's in Commerce from DAVV University, Indore, setting the stage for his successful career in finance. Vinod Kathuria comes with an unblemished service record of 38 years, with expertise in key banking areas such as Corporate Credit, Recovery, Retail Lending, Treasury Operations, International Banking Business and Financial Inclusion. He has worked with Punjab National Bank for 36 years at various leadership positions including Treasury Head. Prior to Joining Anand Rathi Global Finance, he was Executive Director of Union Bank of India.

He regularly contributes as a Resource Person in various committees and conferences on micro and macro-economic policy issues.

He has done M.Com. from University of Delhi and CAIIB from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance.

Dinesh Kumar Gupta, a seasoned banking professional with an extensive 32-year background in Retail Branch Banking, Credit underwriting, Banking Relationship, Risk Management, NPA Management, and People Management, is a results-driven senior banker. Rakesh Shah is a highly accomplished finance professional, boasting an extensive career of over 21 years in fundraising and cultivating relationships with financial institutions. In his current capacity as Senior Vice President and Head of Fundraising at an ARGFL, Rakesh utilizes his diverse expertise in corporate finance to spearhead fundraising initiatives. His primary focus involves securing financing from both public and private sector banks across India, as well as select international banks.

Before assuming his present role, Rakesh held the position of Joint Vice President of Finance at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Ltd., where he played a key role in overseeing fundraising and corporate finance endeavors. His professional journey also includes significant roles at prominent corporations such as the Hiranandani Group of companies.

A Chartered Accountant, coupled with a Bachelor's in Commerce, Rakesh has honed specialized skills in establishing partnerships, negotiating deals, and effectively managing substantial fundraising targets. With a track record spanning over two decades, his achievements in securing financing positions him as an ideal candidate to continue propelling growth through successful fundraising efforts with external stakeholders.

Maheshwar Singh brings a wealth of experience to the table, boasting a total of 23 years in the workforce, with a specialized focus on Collections and Recoveries for the past 17 years. His expertise extends across various domains, encompassing retail unsecured and secured products. A significant portion of his career has been dedicated to his longstanding affiliation with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited.

Drawing on a comprehensive background spanning more than two decades, Abhishek contributes invaluable expertise in legal development and leadership. Before joining ARGFL, he served as the Legal Head at Volkswagen Finance Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. Abhishek has also occupied pivotal roles at well-known companies such as Mahindra Rural Housing, Tata Motors Finance, and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Holding an LLB degree from TM Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur (Bihar), earned in 2002, Abhishek Chand currently resides in Mumbai with his family, comprising his parents, wife, and daughter. Ashwani Tyagi, the HR Head at ARGFL, extends his interests and talents far beyond the realm of HR work. A passionate marathoner, he has actively participated in multiple marathons, primarily focusing on Half Marathons of 21 Kms since 2008 in and around Maharashtra. In addition to his athletic pursuits, he has showcased his versatility as an author, having written and published the book "Colours of Life" in 2013.

Ashwani embarked on his professional journey after completing his B.E. in Electronics from Kolhapur and PGDBM from a Mumbai College. Although he initially began his career in the IT sector, he transitioned to the financial sector when the country opened its doors to multinational corporations. This marked the beginning of his journey with Max New York Life Insurance in the financial sector. Subsequently, he worked with various companies, including Bharti AXA Life, Axis Securities, Shriram Housing, Manappuram Housing Finance, and now at Anand Rathi Global Finance Ltd.

Throughout his career, Ashwani has garnered valuable learning experiences by working across diverse products such as insurance, online trading, and mortgage loans. Starting as an Executive in Sales and ascending to the position of National Head in a broking company, he has gained a comprehensive understanding of the industry. His professional journey has seen him wear multiple hats, including roles in Sales, Business Development, Product & Strategy, and currently in Human Resources.

Mrs. Priti Rathi Gupta laid the ground for the success of the Commodity and Currency Trading and Forex Advisory Business at Anand Rathi. Mrs. Gupta did not limit herself to the financial sector and set up Ishka Films to satiate her entrepreneurial and creative urges. She utilised her expertise in financial services to give birth to a path breaking product--LXME. The platform helps women achieve their dreams and overcome financial fears.

Mr Anand Rathi is the founder and the soul of the Anand Rathi Group. The Gold Medallist chartered accountant is a leading financial and investment expert in India and the broader South-East Asian region. Before laying the foundation of the Anand Rathi Group, Mr Rathi had an illustrious and fruitful career with the Aditya Birla Group.

In 1999, Mr Rathi was appointed the president of BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange). The rapid expansion of BOLT - the BSE Online Trading System, during his tenure, speaks volumes of his farsightedness. He also set up the Trade Guarantee Fund and played a vital role in setting up the Central Depository Services (CDS). Mr Rathi is an esteemed member of the ICAI and has experience of over 5 decades across sectors.

Mr Pradeep Gupta, the co-founder, is the fuel that runs the well-oiled Anand Rathi machinery spread across India. Starting with a family-owned textile business, Mr Gupta stepped into the financial world with Navratan Capital & Securities Pvt. Ltd. After scaling up the business, Mr Gupta later joined hands with Mr Anand Rathi to establish the Anand Rathi Group.

He played an instrumental role in the success of the Institutional Broking and Investment Services arms of the group and remains the driving force behind the strong network of franchisees and branches across the country.

Mr. Jugal Mantri is the Director and CEO of Anand Rathi Global Finance (ARGFL), the Group's non-banking financial services company. He has been with the Group since 1994 and played an integral role in shaping the Group as one of India's leading financial institutions. He is leading the Group's lending arm ARGFL with his diverse experience and expertise across the financial spectrum. Besides this, he is also responsible for the overall financial management of the Group, including fund/capital raising, corporate accounting and management, financial planning and analysis, corporate treasury, corporate investments and taxation.

Jugal Mantri started his professional journey with M/s. Haribhakti and Co. as an Article Trainee and subsequently completed industrial training with Tata Finance Ltd. He is a rank holder Chartered Accountant and has done Senior Management Programme from IIM Ahmedabad.
