Loan against shares

Loan against Shares is a secured loan facility against equity shares. Borrowers / Clients are required to pledge shares as collateral in favour of Anand Rathi Global Finance for availing loan facilities. Client will have the ownership in his name & all the benefits like - Dividend, Bonus, right issues will remain with them. This product is suitable for anyone who would want to take the inherent benefits of leveraging, and want to keep the delivery of the stock for longer period of time .Any appreciation in the value of the Securities given as collateral would in automatically allow enhancement in drawing power. Enables funding against shares to client without selling securities in the Market. Cost of LAS is lower than Personal Loan/Business & any other Loan. Overdraft and Term Loan available. In case of Overdraft Facility, Interest will be charged only on daily actual outstanding amount and there is No Prepayment Penalty. The loan amount depends on the security provided by the borrower. Early and Easy Account Opening Smooth And Seamless Operation.

Promoter funding

Promoters can meet their diverse requirements such as expansion and diversification of the business. Security cover for Promoter Funding is decided upon on a case-by-case basis . Normal tenure can be between 1 to 3 years. Very competitive interest rates.
